Crafted from a single block of textured, finely carved stone, possibly granite or sandstone, the artwork showcases intricate detail across all figures and its ornate backdrop. At the center, Lord Rama stands prominently, slightly taller than the others, his right hand raised in the Abhaya Mudra, a gesture symbolizing protection and reassurance, while his left hand holds a staff resembling a bow. He wears an elaborate crown (mukuta), multiple necklaces, armlets, and a richly patterned lower garment (dhoti). To Lord Rama's left, his loyal brother Lakshmana stands, similarly adorned with a crown and traditional attire, also holding a bow-like staff. To Rama's right, his elegant wife Sita stands gracefully, her right hand gently raised in a gesture of serenity, wearing a beautiful crown, ornate jewelry, and a flowing sari-like garment. All three main standing figures share a calm and benevolent facial expression. At Lord Rama's feet, the smaller figure of Hanuman is depicted kneeling on one knee, his hands pressed together in devout Anjali Mudra (prayer), with a benevolent monkey-like face looking up towards Rama. Behind the principal figures rises a majestic, arch-shaped stone backdrop, intricately carved with a prominent lotus motif at its apex, symbolizing purity and spiritual enlightenment. On either side of the arch, two smaller celestial figures (often depicted as devas or gandharvas) are carved in dynamic flight, playing musical instruments such as a flute and a drum, adding to the divine atmosphere. The entire composition rests on a tiered, rectangular base, which is also finely carved with traditional Hindu patterns, including a row of stylized lotus petals along its lower edge.
