Krishna is depicted in a graceful tribhanga (three-bend) pose, with his right leg crossed elegantly over his left, poised to play a horizontal flute held delicately to his lips. His face wears a serene, beatific expression, adorned with an elaborate, multi-tiered crown (mukut) featuring intricate patterns and possibly a peacock feather at its peak, alongside delicate earrings. His slender body is embellished with multiple necklaces, armlets, wristlets, and a beautifully draped dhoti or loincloth with highly detailed pleats and a decorative waist belt (kamarbandh), along with anklets on his feet. Behind Krishna's head, an ornate circular prabhamandala (aureole or halo) rises, featuring radiating patterns that resemble sun rays, lotus petals, or stylized flames, topped with decorative finials, signifying his divine essence. Flowing sashes or garlands cascade from behind his shoulders, adding to the dynamic composition. Flanking Krishna's lower body, one on each side, are two peacefully standing cows or calves, subtly adorned and positioned slightly behind him, symbolizing his pastoral life as a cowherd and his connection to nature. Krishna, positioned on the left, is the slightly taller figure, his body gracefully curved in a posture characteristic of him playing the flute. He holds a long, slender flute horizontally with both hands. He wears an elaborate multi-tiered crown, intricate necklaces, armlets, and flowing dhoti-like garments that are finely carved to show folds and patterns. Radha, standing to Krishna's right, gently leans into him, her left hand also resting on the flute, suggesting shared melody. She wears an elegant headdress, ornate earrings, necklaces, and richly patterned drapery. Both figures have serene, blissful expressions, conveying deep devotion and divine love, with their gazes softly directed towards each other.
